By participating in a flyboarding session with Aqua-Fly Malta, you voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with the activity, including but not limited to: falls from height into water, unexpected submersion, physical collision with equipment or water surface, exhaustion, and muscle strain. Aqua-Fly Malta operates to the highest safety standards and employs certified instructors, but no extreme water sport is entirely without risk.
All participants will be required to sign a physical waiver form on the day of their session, prior to entering the water. Refusing to sign the waiver will result in cancellation without refund.
Health & Medical
The following conditions may increase your risk. If any apply, please consult your doctor before booking and notify us in advance.
Flyboarding involves significant core engagement, sudden jolts from water impact, and awkward landings. Herniated discs, recent spinal surgery, chronic lower back pain, or any vertebral fracture history are serious red flags.
Those with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, recent cardiac surgery, arrhythmia, or angina should obtain explicit medical clearance. Adrenaline is free of charge; cardiac events are not.
Participants with epilepsy, seizure disorders, or other neurological conditions triggered by physical exertion or submersion must disclose and obtain written medical clearance before they are permitted to fly.
Recent fractures, ligament tears, knee replacements, or chronic joint instability can be aggravated by repeated water-surface impacts. Consult your doctor if in doubt.
Flyboarding is not permitted for anyone who is pregnant or believes they may be pregnant, at any stage. No exceptions.
Participation under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or sedative medications is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate refusal without refund. Non-negotiable.
Conditions such as labyrinthitis, Ménière's disease, or severe vertigo may significantly impair your ability to balance. Proceed only with medical advice.
Severe asthma triggered by exertion or cold water should be discussed with our team. Bring required inhalers and inform your instructor before the session.
Eligibility
Ages 14–17 require a signed parental/guardian consent form on the day.

On the Day
Any participant deemed under the influence will be refused entry to the water. No refund will be issued. Non-negotiable.
Helmets and life jackets must be worn at all times. All equipment is certified and inspected before every session.
Your instructor's word is law on the water. Participants who ignore safety instructions will be removed from the water immediately.
Everyone falls — repeatedly. Your life jacket keeps you afloat and our rescue team is always within 30 seconds. Embrace the splash.
We reserve the right to cancel any session due to unsafe weather. Weather cancellations are issued with full refunds or complimentary rescheduling.
